Come gather in circle for an evening of rhythm, connection, and presence at reTreat Salon & Spa in Roseville.

We begin with stillness and a guided meditation, creating space to slow down, settle into the body, and connect with our intention for the evening. From there, we explore rhythm through drumming, rattles, chanting, singing, and the shared energy of the circle.

There is something powerful about creating music together. The steady beat can help quiet the busy mind, bring us into the present moment, and reconnect us with something deeper within ourselves.

No musical or drumming experience is necessary. You do not need to know how to drum—you simply need to come as you are.

Bring your own drum, rattle, or other noise maker, or use one of the extras available.

This is a welcoming space to breathe, connect, make some music, and spend a little time simply being present with yourself and others.
