Join us for an evening of rhythm, connection, and renewal as we gather in community for a heart-centered drum circle.

This experience begins with a gentle guided meditation designed to help you release stress, clear your energy, and come into alignment. From there, we move into drumming—creating rhythm together, expressing ourselves freely, and connecting through sound in a supportive, welcoming circle.

This is a space to reset your nervous system, lift your energy, and tap into the power of collective intention. Whether you come to relax, express, heal, or simply try something new, you are welcome here.

No experience is needed—just bring yourself.

You’re invited to bring a drum, rattle, or any sound-making instrument. A limited number of instruments will also be available to borrow. If you feel called to share your voice, songs are always welcome.

Together, we’ll create a powerful field of energy—something that ripples beyond the circle and into our lives, our community, and beyond.
