About Soul Expression Arts
Soul Expression Arts is a space for gathering, healing, and soul-level expression.
It is an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and allow your inner light to shine.
Through rhythm, art, sacred crafting, and circle, we create spaces where the unseen can be felt and expressed. These offerings support connection—to your heart, your intuition, your creative spirit, and the deeper wisdom that lives within you.
Here, creativity becomes a pathway for healing, and gathering becomes medicine. Each experience is guided by intention and held with care, inviting you to remember who you are and what you are here to create.
Soul Expression Arts Offerings

Drum Circles & Drum Building
Drums are ancient tools that connect you with the heartbeat of the mother. Whether you join a drum circle or create your own sacred drum, this work helps you reconnect with rhythm, voice, and ancestral wisdom.
Rattle Making & Sacred Sound Tools
Rattles carry the medicine of air, earth, fire, water, and spirit, and can help cleanse the energetic field, awaken dormant energy, and act as spirit callers during ceremony. These sacred items can be created in group workshops or one-on-one sessions.
Reiki Healing (In-Person or Distance)
I am a Level II Reiki practitioner, trained in the ancient lineage of this Japanese energy healing system. Reiki brings balance to the energy body, clears blockages, and can deeply support emotional, mental, and physical healing. Each session is held in sacred space and is guided by Spirit and the ancestors.
Art Medicine Journeys
Through intuitive painting, we journey into our emotions, bringing the unseen into form. These guided sessions use paint as a vehicle to access your inner knowing, spirit guides, and ancient wisdom. You don’t need to be an artist—just open to feeling. Sessions can be done remotely or in person and may include light language, portal painting, or sequential mentoring.
Oracle & Mediumship Readings
These sessions open a channel to Spirit Guides, Ancestors, and Loved Ones who have crossed the veil. With compassion and clarity, I bring through the confirmations and messages you need in this season of your life. Oracle cards and intuitive insight help support your transitions, transformations, and spiritual growth.
Aromatherapy & Sacred Apothecary
Through the ancient art of plant alchemy, Sacred Pathways offers aromatherapy blends, ritual oils, herbal supports, and intention-based creations. These sacred tools are made with reverence for the elements, plant spirits, and lunar cycles, and are often used in ceremony, meditation, or everyday grounding rituals.
